Return Policy

You have 14 days from your delivery date to return an item to us. Purchases can be returned so long as they are unworn and undamaged, with all tags still attached and all original packaging included. Please ensure that your Robert’s Club box is carefully re-sealed.

Shipping is at our expense.

To return a garment, go to My Orders in your personal account, note the relevant order number and email us that number at concierge@robertsclub.com, including your name and the address where you would like the item picked up for shipping back to us. We will coordinate everything from that point forward, remaining in communication with you throughout the returns process.

Be sure to keep your courier receipt until you have confirmation your parcel has been received by Robert’s Club.

In the case of returns, your membership account will be credited if you are still under your minimum annual clothing spend, and you will be refunded any amounts over your minimum annual clothing spend unless you direct us otherwise. If an item is being exchanged for the same item, in a different size for example, and that replacement item is available in our inventory, it will be shipped to you shortly after receipt of the initial item you purchased. If a replacement item is not available for any reason, your account will simply be credited as detailed above for returns.
