Do I have to be a member of Robert’s Club to buy clothing?

Yes, only members are allowed to purchase clothing through Robert’s Club. Our mission is to deliver absolutely unique and exquisite garments that are limited in number to 100 or fewer per edition, as well as personalized service through your relationship with our design team. We want to know all of our members, their clothing preferences, and their interests. We simply cannot accomplish this level of curated service through a traditional mass approach to marketing and sales. Instead, as a club member, you can expect to be delighted by our distinctive clothing, how you feel wearing it, and the wide-ranging benefits of membership in Robert’s Club.

What are some of the benefits of joining Robert’s Club?

You’ll be part of a small, exclusive club started by Robert Stock and Thomas Main, gaining access to their unique clothing collections, their thinking about emerging trends, and regular events they will be hosting for members.

You’ll be able to purchase exquisite small-run clothing, from shirts and sweaters to sports jackets and outer wear, all part of special numbered editions totaling 100 or fewer items. And you’ll use our simple online platform for joining and ordering from our quarterly luxury clothing collections as well as regular offerings in between, sharing as many preferences as you desire so we know your sizes, likes and dislikes, delivering clothes at the tap of a button to make you feel like you want to feel. All new members receive a gift of clothing from Robert and Thomas.

What is your Founders Circle?

The earliest members to join our club are part of our Founders Circle. These members gain access to all of the standard benefits of Robert’s Club, but to commemorate their early support of the club, they will also receive these benefits: a distinctive shirt to commemorate their status as founding members; annual gifts from Robert and Thomas; complimentary access to club events; and 15% of their total purchases in the first year will be applied as a credit to their account in their second year of membership.

Where else can I buy your clothes other than on this website?

Our clothing is only available through this website. That’s part of what makes our club unique and special. Certain exceptional retailers act as ambassadors for the Robert brand, but they only make introductions and do not sell our clothes through their retail operations.

How much does it cost to become a member of Robert’s Club?

Fees are $3,500, including a one-time joining fee of $750 and a clothing credit of $2,750 that is applied against future purchases. If you order clothes valued in excess of $2,750, your credit card on file with us will be billed accordingly. In subsequent years, upon the anniversary of your joining Robert’s Club, your credit card will automatically be billed $2,750, all of which is part of your annual minimum clothing spend.

What if I want to refer someone and they become a member?

Any member who refers a new member to Robert’s Club will receive a clothing gift from Robert Stock and Thomas Main, the founders of Robert’s Club. The new member you have referred to us simply needs to identify you upon joining.

Where are your clothes designed and made?

Our clothing is designed by Robert Stock and Thomas Main in both New York City and traveling studios, and it is made by our trusted partners around the world, from Italy to India.

How do you treat personal information provided by members?

Your submission of personal information through our site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which states that we will on a best efforts basis do everything possible to protect the privacy of all of the information you share with us, only using this information to deliver the best service and products to you as a member.

Can I let a family member use my member account to order clothes?

Yes, you can, if you let us know in advance and we have that person’s name recorded within your account. Each time a purchase is made under your account, you will receive an email confirming an order has been made, whether you are placing the order yourself or someone else is.

What if I want to return something that I’ve purchased?

Purchases can be exchanged or returned for full credit subject to our Returns Policy (two weeks from receipt, unworn, undamaged, all tags still attached, all original packaging included), with return shipping at our expense.

Does Robert’s Club pay for shipping?

Yes, we pay for all shipping by ground on US and Canadian orders. If you wish to have something delivered more quickly or internationally, a range of options are available for you to do so at checkout.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We do ship internationally. All shipments outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
